MEET OUR TEAM AT N. SEATTLE PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY
Lisa, Office Manager
A Seattle native, Lisa possesses over 20 years of experience in the dental industry in various administrative capacities. She is a kid herself who enjoys being around children while witnessing the chemistry between parent and child when families walk through our door. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling. Lisa has already visited 14 countries (and counting!).
Michelle, RDA
A mother of four boys (including twins) and a three grandchildren (one who is newborn), Michelle has 19 years of dental industry experience. One of her sons has autism, which has given her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by special needs children both in and outside of a dentist’s office. Michelle has taught on the Dental Board of CA for nearly a decade. She is motivated to come to work as she can be herself in our family-friendly, fun office environment.

Sesaliegh Smith, Sterilization Tech/Office Assistant
As a member of a large family and mother of two, Sesaliegh enjoys working with children and is passionate about maintaining a clean, safe environment for our patients. She has previous experience as a daycare assistant as well as five years of experience cleaning and sanitizing environments. In her spare time, you might find her camping, lacing up her snowboard boots, or trying out some new moves on her skateboard.
Alanna, RDA
Alanna is a mother of two daughters and has 12 years of teaching experience at a Bothell Montessori school. She received her accreditation from Charter College. In her spare time, Alanna enjoys camping with her family and their dog in Washington’s great outdoor recreation spots.
